We live in an age ruled by minimalistic designs of alienation and reserve. As a reaction to this trend, increasing demand is rising for warm and rich vintage designs of bygone days. Halamish identified this growing trend and created the Catalonia series – illustrated ceramic-like tiles with geometrical luscious shapes on large surfaces that sweep across entire floors, reminiscent of the original tiles of northern Catalan in Spain. The series offers tiles sized 25x25 cm and 56x56 cm embossed tiles. All Catalonia tiles have a monochromatic gray and black look, perfect for creating huge carpet-like sweeping compositions. .
